my 9 month old managed to break my sound system. does anyone know how to disassociate the remote from the sound system so that i can turn the volume down on the actual television? thanks in advance.
It's amazing the information that is contained in the remote control instructions. These are those instructions for what you want to do.
1. Press and hold the STB key.
2. While holding down the STB key, press OK.
3. Release both keys. The Device Keys will blink twice.
4. Press 9 - 5 - 5. The STB key will blink twice.
5. Press TV. The TV key will blink 3 times to indicate success in programming.
If want to use the receiver, then you would have pressed AUX in step 5.
