We had Verizon FIOS installed two months ago and we're very unhappy with the quality we get while watching recorded programs. Normal tv is fine, but when we're watching a recorded program it's constantly interrupted with a black screen flash and loud popping sounds. Anyone know what's going on? We never had this problem with Directv!

Hello PatsyB0815...that is definitely not suppose to happen! In order to make sure it is definitely the box can you hook that box up to a different tv, play a recorded asset, and see if the issue is duplicated? Send me a private message with the results and we will go from there.
