showtime anytime error when trying to login

When I try to sign on I  sometimes get,

My sister inlaw tries to sign on and gets a message stating that we've exceeded the maximum number of accounts....I've only used 4 sub accounts, yet can use 9, yet at 4 I can't do more? Seems a bit wacky. What can I do to fix this?
