i restarted it by unplugging it and plugging it back in.. now it keeps turning on and off. i can watch tv for a seconds at a time before it restarts itself all over again.. its done this several times now. i cant use certian functions on my remote like the guide and the menu button but i can change the channel.
Sounds like a bad box. You'll have to contact Verizon to get it replaced.
