I called eaarlier today because my on demand feature wasnt working ? They had me unplug my router only to realize that the problem was in your network and said it might take till midnight ? Something happend and it started working? Then in the middle of o program that I was watching , it went out and still is not working !! This really sucks
( I pay my bill on time and up until now have been pretty satisfied with fios after leaving comcast after 8 years? I am in a contract that will end soon?

Sorry for the troubles with the on demand service. If they were working on the servers it would have likely been up and down depending what was actively being worked on. Are you still having troubles with the service?
