300$ gift card - I feel cheated

Hi,

When I had taken the verizon wireless, it was clearly expalined and said to me that I would receive 300$ gift card after 3 months.

It is been 5 months and I have not yet received any gift card.

I called verizon, she said I am getting lot of discounts and they cant give 300$ now, she said there should be some mis communication, but I am very sure that Verizon promised me that I would get 300$ gift card and infact it was published on Verizon home page itself. Now it is not there on verizon home page. I should have taken the verizon home page screenshot or should have recorded the call.

What the ... is this ? I am so frustrated and I dont know how to react.

I never expected such a big company would do cheap tricks like this.

I am thinking of disconnecting and worried of contract breakage fee.

I feel cheated.

Any helpful info ?
