Computer Installation Fee - 2nd Comp $54.99

I am in the process of signing up for FIOS. They charge $54.99 for setting up a second computer.  Is this fee worth paying?

Why do you need them to set up the 2nd? If your home has cat5 wiring where you want to set up the pc all you have to do is plug it in. Also if there is no wiring but the pc has wireless it is simple to connect wirelessly to the router.
