Download speed constantly drops near night time.

Hi,

For the past several months I've had an issue with my download speed constantly being reduced to around 5-7mbs while retaining the same upload speed.

The verizon speed test results are always irrelevant as my connection never reflects the same outcome that is displayed from their test as to speedtest.net (whenever my connection is fine speedtest.net shows correct results).  I've ran the verizon diagnostic tool and this is the out come result below. If anyone could please help me get an answer for this problem as I've had no help from verizon tech support to resolve this issue I'd appreciate it greatly. Thank you!

Looks relevant to me.  It shows some sort of problem near you WITHIN the Verizon network or your home.

Tests elsewhere may depend on other networks and are normally ignored if you call Verizon about a speed problem.

You probably need to contact and give them the NDT output.
