Getting Full Access

After 5 years of viewing my bill online I now need "Full Access". To get it I need a temporrary PIN. Although I have a cell phone and email associated with my account they won't send the pin to my phone or email it to me.  I have clicked "send via US mail" on 2 different occasions, but I never get it. Is there a way to fix this without calling and waiting for technical support? Thanks !

Have you tried the live chat? Only thing with live chat is it could be a hit or miss with it. Click on the support tab up tap then contact us.

Sorry you are having difficulty viewing your bill online. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.

I guess we are making progress. I got an email from Verizon saying they will look into the matter. I then go into my account and try to sign up for full access. I now have the option of a text to my cell phone or an email. I try both in succession and for each one get:

Request a Temporary Identification Code
 

Unable to process your request.

Please try again later.

Oh well. I guess Rome wasn't built in a day. I should be happy that something was actually changed. Someday when I get full access I can see why my bill has gone up.
