Have a question I have 3-7 meg internet service I have a internet box (nextv) German TV service witch requires 1.5 megs so I have enough for streaming supposedly but I am getting freezing intermittently on my service basically different times of day it freezes and slows down I have done speedtest and it tells me I have 2.87mgs seems if I am paying for 3-7mgs I should have more can I request more to get better service for my Nextv account because I am looking at changing to comcast which is offering 25mgs for $29 a month I dont want to change but it is getting annoying not to be able to enjoy my German tv.

Your posted in FIOS forum. Except perhaps for installs in MDU the Current FIOS speeds are no longer that low. And faster speeds are available.
