Internet light on router will not illuminate green (stays red). I have disconnected, turned off and reset several times without success as such, systems error messasge says connection broken and to repeat the process disconect, turn off, reset and still no internet access and still internet router light will not illuminate green.
Check the ONT. It may have to be reset. Disconnect power and battery. Reconnect and hopefully you will regain access.
