I'm so frustrated with FIOS right now. Lost everything yesterday early afternoon zip 02896. Place a support ticket yesterday and won't be fixed till 11:15 today, note no AM or PM listed with the time of course. No explanation on to what the problems are. No new weather problems till snow storm this morning. My PC shows problems with the DNS Server, really come on Verizon. No Super Bowl, no TV and no home phone because you want to do away with the POTS. At least I would still have a phone if you didn't mess with that when installing the FIOS. But instead we are left with nothing. We can't even watch what we have DVR-ed because the stoopid box can't connect to the intetnet. We should at least be able to watch what is already recorded, nope. Chromecast, Amazon etc with a HDTV Antenna is looking better then ever. And so you know I even tweeted Verizon Support over an hour ago & and Verizon FIOS with no reply.
