Steam Community Not Accessible to FIOS NorthEast Customers

Starting 2 days ago a certain URL is not accessible through my FIOS connection and my FIOS connection only.

Any URL at steamcommunity.com will not load when I am connected to FIOS.

A sample URL is: http://steamcommunity.com/apps/

If I connect to my Iphone Tether connection the URL resolves fine.  If I connect to an optimum online hotspot the url works fine the URL only fails when connected to FIOS.

To me this inidicates a routing problem.  I spoke to the technical representatives at STEAM and they said we need to notify Verizon. How do I do this?

Using Google DNS's

seems like another user deannnnn identified this as a possible DNS issue. 

Try changing DNS to google DNS or an alternate DNS.

Google DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Also Opendns is 

208.67.222.222

208.67.220.220

And also 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2

OpenDNS has an excellent Setup guide for most operating systems. There are video tutorials which some will find useful.
