Technician Appointment Rescheduled.

Good Afternoon,

we just switched over to Verizon and had scheduled a technician to come out on Thursday, October 1, 2015; to install internet and cable.  We called customer service to be told that the work request was submitted, but held by glitch or something.  They said they would reschedule us for Friday, October 2, 2015.  We called this morning to verify that they would be coming out, only to be told that they had rescheduled without telling us.   We have been on the phone most of the day with technical support, but no answers as to why they have rescheduled. 

All we want if for our internet and cable to be installed on the days we were told.
