Unable to forward ports

I don't know if this is the right forum or not but I'm about out of hope.

I have a Actiontec MI-424-WR modem/router.

I have tried two ways to forward ports, one being through the firewall and the other through advanced.

Only the original 4567 port works (which is in there by default and no way to delete it)

Any help is appreciated

Here is what it currently looks like

Those look good, did you give your device an internal static ip like 192.168.1.20? Do you have any other routers, and did you open those ports in the firewall on the pc?
