After 2 years as a customer my bill jumped up 35.00 a month. When I called I was told that my promo price was expired. Renewing for 2 years wouldn't save me anything. So I reduced my TV plan. 24 hours later, all 3 of my services were out. An hour on the phone restored them. Next day, one of my boxes is out. Another hour on the phone. Today, one box isn't showing recorded programs. Another 2 hours on the phone. Finally I hung up and "Charlie" kept calling me back over and over. You should be ashamed, Verizon. I will be shopping for these services elsewhere and leaving you ASAP.
