Issue with select channels on one FIOS TV Digital Box

At least 4 days a week channels 150, 151, 152 - either will show a gray screen with instructions or come on and then break up displaying part QVC, part FIOS 1 and the last channel viewed, also at times it just digitally breaks up.  Wait a few days and the problem is gone.  Just on these channels.  No problems on other the digital adapter or on set top DVR boxes in the house.  Any advice?

Could be that one line.

Check to make sure all connections are tight.

f they are, then try swapping boxes around.

If the problem follows, then it is a box problem.

Otherwise a problem with the coax.

We have had a number of channels breaking up for at least two weeks. what's going on?
