I have Call Assistant loaded on my PC and Caller ID enabled on the STB and have not been able to ever get it to work. Can some one please help me on what I need to do to get this fixed. Or is the only way to fix it is to call support?
With the call assistant installed on your computer, are you getting computer notifications of your incoming calls? Please respond to this via a private message so I can directly get your message.
