Cisco 335HDC P2 keeps resetting

I just moved into a basement apartment of family home. They already had the cable and internet provided. The first set top box contiunally reset itself when I got here. Verizon came and fixed, while also replacing the box. I had TV for about 5 days before the box has now started to reset itself. It gets all reset and when it tries to validate Home Service or says the "Welcome to Fios Life" screen it just resets. This is different then the last time where the box wouldn't even turn on.

My landlords have left for holiday outside of the country and I was trying to find some kind of solution maybe without having them call Verzion, since I don't have access to the upstairs. 

Any ideas what the problem may be or solutions!

It could be a bad signal or a bad box. The only thing you can do is pull the power cord on the back and wait 10 seconds and plug it back in and let the box reboot and see if the fixes the problem. If that doesn't work you will need to call a tech.
