DVR (0000057224787071 is not responding) Please Help

hello, I had my FIOS installed 2 days ago and the "remote DVR manager service" for both my cell phone (Droid X) and the website was working fine till last night. I reset my living rooms DVR the FIOS router and the coax to ethernet hub, without any luck. On my android phone the request just times out. On the website it says 0000057224787071 is not responding to each of my 4 DVR's. For the remote access is there any type of port forwarding i need to verify in the router? Any suggestions? Thank you, Paul

Update: From the FIOS TV website i'm getting this error : "We are unable to process your request. Please try again later" on each of my DVR's. On my android phone and blackberry phone i'm getting: request timed out error.
