DVR 77% Full, but NO RECORDINGS

I am at a loss...  my DVR status says it's 77% full, but I have deleted ALL recordings...  it's empty.  But status still says 77% full.  What's up with that?

known issue

unplug the DVR.. that should clear the %

if need be you can try going to Menu ->Settings->System Info and type in  2617

you can also use the "in-home agent " to "reboot" the DVR

and if all else fails, contact Tech Support....
