DVR Upgrade Email - How Long To Get It?

I'm trying upgrade my DVR and filled out the request info. Now I'm waiting for the email and was wondering how long it typically takes to receive it (the email - not the box)?

Did you ever get the upgrade DVR email?  If so, how long did it take?  I submitted my request a few days ago and have yet to get the email.
