How can I expand my viewing guide to show 2.5 hours of programming, instead of the 1.5 hours it currently shows? My neighbor's viewing guide fills the entire screen and shows 2.5 hours of programming, while mine only shows 1.5 hours of programming and has black bars on the sides. We both have the same tv. Thanks!
What model STB do you have? And, are you using an HD connection to your TV? (the wider screen guide is only available on the newer STB's and you must be using HD)
I have a Motorola box, #QIP6416-2 that was installed about a month ago. I am using an HDMI cable to connect it to the TV. Thanks!
