I have had this problem for some time, Only HD boxes affected. I have been on line with support three times without resolution.
You can use the Verizon Troubleshooter report and try to fix issues with your FiOS TV, service, as well as to schedule a repair. You can access the Troubleshooter here: http://www.verizon.com/repair. We didn't hear back from you and was wondering if you were still having this problem. For pixelization on multiple boxes your looking at either a main signal degradation coming into the house or going to your main coax splitter. If you know where the main coax splitter is for your house, reseat the coax cord leading into it. Another thing that could be attempted is resetting the battery backup system to your FIOS. Thats done by unpluging power cord to the battery box then taking the battery out (but please so carefully). This would cause your main FIOS box to reset and possibly fix as well.
