I pressed something on the remote by mistake and the sound for all the channels has gone off! Any idea what to do? It's not mute, by the way. Also some "SAP" showed up on the screen. I tried out some stuff and now my TV won't go off either.
Had installed 7-15 Friday SAt morn 7-16 ,Have video ,no sound mute button ok , who knows ?
Check your TV or Captioning functions. SAP is secondary audio programming. If you have SAP enabled, and that station does not broadcast it, you may get "no audio".
try unplugging power from the STB for 30 seconds.
