How to fix E 11 problem

lTV and cable DVR were unplugged. Plugged back in and nothing is working only message on DVR E 11. Please help

You may be out of luck, as I think the error code signifies that the box needs replacement.

Obviously, you could try a live chat on these forums to try and recover the unit through some resets by VZ, but the code suggests otherwise. Might be worth a try.
If you have a local walk-in store nearby, I would recommend exchanging that way as it has always been a more rewarding experience for me. Good luck.
