Lost our remote

I cannot find out how to get a new FIOS tv remote....

The Live Chat option on the website is "unavailable".  I've searched the site.  Nothing is coming up.

Anyone have an idea where we can get a new remote?  My kids have lost it!!

Download In Home Agent to your computer. You will find directions to get a new remote in there.Smiley Very Happy
