MEDIA MANAGER AND PLAYLISTS PROBLEM

Have you heard of this before ?

Can't seem to get an answer or find a previous solution.

Have lots of playlists that I would like to be able to play through the TV and my Audio Amplifier

PROBLEM: HD/DVR QIP 7216-1 and MEDIA MANAGER PLAYLISTS plays only first song ON TV

EQUIPMENT IN USE :

VERIZON MEDIA MANAGER VERSION 9.4.94 PROD

HD/DVR QIP 7216-1

SONY TV KDL 46 EX500  LCD DIGITAL

DELL LATITUDE E6500 COMPUTER

SONY BDP S580 BLU RAY

THIS IS WHAT’S HAPPENING : 

 MEDIA MANAGER  PLAYS A PLAYLIST ON COMPUTER AND SHUFFLES THE SONGS

WHEN MEDIA MANAGER CALLED UP ON TV… PLAYLIST PLAYS THE FIRST SONG PERFECTLY

THE FOLLOWING SONG "RUNS" (TIMEWISE) BUT NO SOUND AND PLAYLIST IS NOT SHUFFLED

 THE ONLY WAY TO PLAY THE NEXT SONG IS TO STOP (ON THE TV) AND THEN SELECT THE NEXT SONG

THEN IT PLAYS IT OK

 AT END OF THAT SONG THE FOLLOWING SONG "RUNS" BUT NO SOUND AND PLAYLIST HAS NOT BEEN SHUFFLED

I downloaded that particular playlist to a memory stick and plugged it into my USB port on my Sony Blu Ray BDP S580 and it works perfectly that way. It plays all the songs through my Audio Amplifier and TV speakers and "shuffles" them without my "input"
