I have a question on an ongoing issue I am having with my Fios tv service that no one at tech support has been able to solve. Here is the error message I am getting and maybe someone here has some thoughts on why I am getting this. This is a random thing and I have talked to tech support several times everyone has a new answer and nothing works. When I try to get the Menu I get the following error message "Main Menu. Unable to launch Main Menu. Please try again later." All you can do is press ok. I also cannot get my DVR menu to come up at all when this happens. The only thing that clears it is if I unplug everything and let it reset. This is happening on more than one my my tvs but not on all tvs. I am beyond frustrated and no has helped me.

If it clears when you power reset and reutrns later, I would guess your box is dying.
What model is it?

You probably have some MOCA issues between the router and some of your set top boxes. Possibly either bad or loose splitters or coax cable. You should call to have a tech check why that is happening.

If it's happening on some tv's, but not all then that rules out an ONT issue as it would happen on all if it were. The problem is somewhere between the splitter and the router/boxes. Bad coax line, bad router or bad splitter sounds like the issue.
Have you had a tech come out? If not that's what should be done. They can check signals, etc..
