No Playback on Multiroom DVR Recordings

I have a multiroom DVR and 2 additional set top boxes.  Everything is working fine on the primary box.  The other 2 boxes, I can see all my recordings, but when I hit play nothing happens, and it evenutally cancels out and returns to live tv.

I have tried to reset the set top boxes from the in home agent on the box, and I have run the quick fix from the website.

Any other suggestions?  This seemed to just happen a couple days ago, have never had this problem before.

When things get bad like that, I usually have to reboot the router first, and then unplug and plug in each set top box after about 15 seconds.

Then things magically work. 

if that doesn't help though you should try the chat support at the bottom of this page by clicking where it says contact us.
