We have the old TVs that require a Set Top Box to watch TV. With them, we can view the Channel Guide to see what's on.
My question is, if we buy a new HD cable-ready TV, can we 1) drop the Set Top Box and 2) without the Set Top Box, is the Channel Guide still available?
Without a cable box (or cable card capable device) you can only get local channels.
And no guide.
