HI everyone.
Im on vacation and I'm trying to manage my recordings on my set top boxes from the website. However, the website keeps saying bad gateway and set top box.......not responding. Does anyone know if the box has to be on to access it? If so, is it possible to call the company and have them turn it on from the computer?

Hello Ca19774,
The set top box does not need to be turned on must be plugged in and have power. The router does need to have power and be turned on. We can not remotely do those functions. If they are both in the correct state and you are still having problems we can assist you with the website feature but will need to get some more information.
