So I am watching G.O.T. last night and 3 times I got a spike and my PC crashed. **bleep** is going on?

I know it's HBO sending single spikes b/c it's only happens on HBO and when I am watching G.O.T.

I am using Windows 7 Media Center... anyone else get these?

Not caused by "Game of Thrones" or Verizon.

Make sure your OS and VIDEO CARD Driver are up to date.  I actually suspect it may be the video driver as few other things run at a level that will bring down the OS.  May be caused by the drivers code that renders the high level video being sent (mpeg?)

Lots of similar blue screens reported over the years for Video Drivers.  You didn't give much hint about what Video card and driver you used, but probably the best place to look is the Video Card site and the Forums on that site.

Also make sure your other software is up to date, particularly your Internet Browser and Adobe Flash.
