I was trying to get the remote DVR enabled on my 2 DVR's at home. I was told by the tech rep that I had to run the self diagnostic test on each system to get the stb to talk to the network. Something about listener 1 or 2. I did run the self test and when I did, I noticed I had something called "RA" under packages. First of all what is "RA"? And secondly, I still have an issuue with one of the DVR's not responding. I was told that I should be able to enable both DVR's for remote access. Thanks for any info.
