Anybody know what the code FP6A means. The DVR died in the middle of watching TV today so I called and they are sending me a new one. Took the STB from the bedroom and hooked it up in the living room so we can watch TV, but that code above comes up and it is not working either and now it does not work in the bedroom anymore..HOw long am I going to be without TV now???????? What a crock....

If you have a local contact number, contact them as there may be a local outage or network problem. Otherwise, your system likely needs a complete reset so the boxes can resynch with the system. It is doubtful that two boxes would fail simultaneously. I doubt that a router and STB reset would work, but maybe worth a try. An ONT reset might be in order as well.
