TCM OUT FOR 2 DAYS -- ALL PIXILATED -- AND CERTAIN CHANNELS NOT AVAILABLE AT ALL?

Is anyone else having these issues on the eastside / midtown of manhattan?  Any ideas how to resolve?  I've rebooted and refreshed the dvr box a few times, as suggested by Verizon, but to no avail.  I'm lost without my TCM!  Please help!

If it is only happening on one television, its an isolated signal problem. Overtime the connection point can lose contact. To fix that, unscrew the coax cord from the wall outlet to the back of the box. Make sure both ends are good and straight. Then screw both back on finger tight. If that doesn't fix it, you will need a tech visit. Private message me if those steps don't work so we can set this up.
