please expound, more info needed. TV's don't transmit, they receive. Is your's a different kind of beast?
what channel are you on when it says that?
it has two settings in the box.
Video format for hd selections and you can choose 1080i and 720p you access it by going to menu>settings>video settings and select video format.
OR SD selections, and you have off, 480i 480p and stretch you can access that in a similiar way by clicking menu>settings>video settings and choosing SD override i usually do off
