Does anyone know when Verizon plans to upgrade the menu and guide in the Tampa, Florida area. I am a subscriber and am looking to add an external hardrive to my DVR but I can't until the menu guide upgrade is performed by Verizon. Thanks.
There is no eta at the moment. They have not put out any kind of schedule. However some parts of NY and PA were upgraded last month. The last couple of upgrades that Verizon did, they would roll out to one area, see what problems crop up, then they try to fix as many as possible before rolling out to the rest of the country. From what I hear, it shouldnt be much longer before they start rolling out the next area. My guess (stress guess) would be it will likely be out sometime this summer.
