WAN issues with my New DVR

I've been going around and aournd with tech support on this. About 2 weeks ago I upgraded to the new 500 gb DVR. Since then my multi-room DVR features and internet scheduling features have been broken.

My MRDVR box will most of the time get a WAN address then drops it pretty quickly most I have had it was for one hour.

They replaced the dvr with another MRDVR( upgraded sized one)

They replaced my STB that is supposed to get the MRDVR broadcast

They just replaced my router.

I've reset the router to default

I've power cycled everything

It appears to drop my WAN on the MRDVR but not the STB stand alone.

I'm getting different answers, had 2 service calls which they cancelled after 2 calls at noon, who's home at noon

a tech came to my house blamed the HDMI cable for it, cabling otherwise is fine

Any help would be great.

The Verizon Troubleshooter has a number of resources that allow you to try and fix your issue: http://www.verizon.com/repair. You can use the Verizon Troubleshooter to fix, and report issues with your Verizon Phone, FiOS TV, or Internet service. With a few clicks of the mouse you can solve most problems quickly and easily.
