Why is VOD out for 5 days?

On March 5th I tried to access VOD - would not load. I tried the next night - same problem . I ran the In-home Agent software - that is where I found a message saying that VOD was not available until March 10th. How come I was not notified via email - or a message when I brought up VOD that the service would be out. And why does it take 5 days to upgrade (?) the system?

Is it back working for you? Sometimes there are notifications like that, but they are for just particular movies that are out and have to be reloaded. Please send me a private message if you are still having VOD problems.
