I have two TVs going on and off since the new release. They sometimes rest 5 times a day. I have high end cables and a sony and panisonic tv. We are getting to the point we are unable to watch shows. I am conisdering switching to another service after reading I need to fix the "fios" software update. I do not have the time to chase a tv service to work.

We have done remote fixes. We called and cannot get through to customer service.
