I accidentally went into a child program that I am not subscribed to and now the set top is not working. I reset it per verizon and hard reset it here at home and still nothing. Help
Normally unplugging and plugging the power back in will take care of it. What happens when you turn it on? Will it allow you to change to a different channel?
