I would be nice if your site, including email retreval was ADA II compliant. BY Federal law, it has to be. Your site is NOT compatible with standard Microsoft Ease of access software including Microsoft Magnifier, operating in a high contrast mode and Narrator. Your toll free customer service reps do NOT have a clue and I'm getting tired of it. Microsoft claims the problem is yours as Microsoft Accessibility software DOES function at sites like Yahoo Mail, Google Mail and with pther paid IP providers such as Time Warner. Why is this so? Do I need to file an ADA complaint? Your older software worked. Is this sim[ly another case of dicrimination against people with visual disabilities?
