Considering what I pay Verizon monthly, and all the nickel and dimeing (example: I pay shipping for equipment upgrades which will only produce more revenue for Verizon, paying extra to watch a recorded program in another room of my house, etc.??)that occurs, do you think you could at least accept a major credit card for payment, i.e., Discover?  Work it out!

Verizon accepts several major credit cards. It's not that you want them to accept a major credit card; you want them to accept your major credit card. At least be fair in your complaints.

For what it's worth, this post might be the answer you need:

I just made an one-time online payment with my Discover Card and it accepted my payment. You just have to select your Card Type as "PULSE". if your Discover card has a Pulse logo in the back of the card you can use Pulse Network to make a payment.
