I'm not sure if I'm under the right section of the site.
One of the ladies at work has Verizion, and a HTC phone on a 3g network. The FTP program isn't working, and we're pretty sure it's because port 21 is being blocked. Verizion suggested I connect to the phone's internal IP address & change some settings.
I can ping 192.168.1.1, and it shows up as the default gateway when I use ipconfig. But I can't connect to it using internet explorer, chrome, or firefox.
What do I have to do to access the internal home page of the phone?
