using site builder I add a Link to another web site (URL). When I click done or try to say I get
an error message that the URL appears to be invalid. Yet when I click on test URL it works fine.

For the past week, when I try to upload a picture to my website, I get the message:
"Unexpected Error occured. An error has interrupted communication between your browser and the web site server. Internal errors can have many causes. Click here to continue working. Because of this interruption, you may have to log in again, or repeat your last action."
I can add, delete orr edit text, add pages, etc. But it won't let me add pictures. The pix are fairly low res jpg's. I'm working in Safari on a Mac running Mountain Lion. The error message has been going on for about a week. I run the website for my dog obedience club and not being able to upload pix or graphics is a not acceptable. There is no tech support offered, when you click on the "contact us" on the help page it goes to another window that has nothing to do with contacting anybody. I realize that it's fairly common knowledge that Verizon offers zero support for their Site Builder, even though they push personal website building as one of their features, but there's got to be a way to let *somebody* know that their webserver is wonky. I wonder if Comcast has a bettere site builder system?
I did find a work-around for that problem. Cut and paste a graphic that's already on the website, then edit the picture and choose another picture. That seems to work. But just trying to insert a picture still does not work.
