Adress for returning STB from Canada

I recently returned to Canada (August) after living in Philly for 4 years but the movers, despite instructions to the contrary, packed up my FIOS STB and shipped it to me in Vancouver! I have spent several hours and numerous phone calls to Verizon support simply trying to get a mailing address to return the STB at my own expense. UPS Canada stores will NOT accept the STB for mailing on the Verizon , they need a mailing return label or an address. Several different customer service agents have promised to mail me a label but, weeks later, nothing has ever shown up. The last agent said to get an address from Verizon.com but there is nothing on the website. I have now been billed for this STB despite all my efforts to return it. Does anyone have the mailing address for STB returns?

Sorry to hear about the billing problems with your equipment. We would like to help. So we can get more information from you, I have copied your post to our private support board. Please refer all correspondences to there from here on out. You can easily get to the private support one of two ways. In the email you signed up for the forums with, you will receive a link to click on. Make sure you are already signed into the forums before clicking on this link. Another way of getting there is by clicking on your username anywhere you see it in the forums. This brings you to your account profile. Scroll down to the section labeled "My Support Cases" . In there you will see the link to your case.
