Appointment Scheduling is horrible

Okay, in all the time we've had Verizon FiOS TV, we've had to schedule 3 appointments, including installation of the service. All 3 of these times, the technician did not show up on the day that he was supposed to, because of something going wrong. How many others has this happened to?
