So here we are a full 6 weeks after someone from VZ was supposed to be contacting me and also the 3rd month in a row that my bill is incorrect due to Verizon adding products I did not ask for. Needless to say NOBODY FROM VERIZON HAS CONTACTED ME!!! Every month I have had to call in and wait on hold, etc. and they assure me the problem has been fixed only to find out the next month, that it has not been fixed.
I have obviously been told by Becky (Verizon Admin) that someone would be contacting me, but that has not happened. THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS A JOKE!

Did you receive a message with a secure form to fill out so we could contact you? We obviously don't want to ask for your personal information on the public boards, so the form allows us to request your info securely.
I apologize. I am following up again to figure out what happened. Would you please let me know if you saw the PM and whether you did submit the form? Thank you.

So in all fairness here, someone from Verizon FINALLY contacted me (only 3 months to get that done). Whomever I spoke with said he has it taken care of, but the proof will be when I receive my bill next month. Luckily, he gave me his direct line and said I can call him back if there are issues. So at the very least, I won't have to call in and go through the prompts and wait on hold. So I am keeping my fingers crossed...
