I fell behind on my bill and they terminated the account but I have been making payments of $100 a month. I was charged an early termination fee although I was making the payments and I sent my euipment back. Now I am being charged an extra $3.50 a month for the convienience of paying my bill online? I was a loyal customer and never was late on my payments till now. I have never complained about the service either. After finishing to pay everything off I am NEVER going to to go back to this service. They completely suck you dry of every penny you have. Horrible.
